Interactive Augmented Reality Installation, 2013

Last Year blends photo-illustration, animation and augmented reality to explore new forms of digital storytelling. It presents a fabricated archive of photographs, letters and keepsakes belonging to an imagined character named Sarah.

Viewers activate fragments of the narrative through augmented reality, allowing the archive to come to life and gradually reveal Sarah’s story.

Developed during an artist residency at EPFL+ECAL Lab, Switzerland.
